We facilitate online bookings and payments but do not directly provide or perform any treatments.

2. Eligibility

To use MedSpaBooker.com, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details

  • Have legal authority to enter into this agreement

If registering as a business (MedSpa Owner), you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.

3. Accounts and Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraudulent use.

4. Role of MedSpaBooker

We act solely as an intermediary platform.

  • We do not own, control, or operate any MedSpa services listed.

  • We are not a party to transactions between Clients and MedSpa Owners.

  • We do not guarantee service quality, outcomes, or availability.

MedSpa Owners are independent service providers responsible for compliance with all laws, licensing, insurance, and professional standards.

5. Bookings and Payments

a) For Clients (Guests):

When you book a service:

  • You agree to pay the displayed price (including any deposits).

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed.

  • Cancellations and refunds follow the provider’s policy listed on their page.

b) For MedSpa Owners (Sellers):

  • You agree to honor confirmed bookings made through the platform.

  • You must clearly display service descriptions, pricing, and policies.

  • You authorize MedSpaBooker to collect payments and deduct commission before remittance.

c) Commission and Fees:

  • MedSpaBooker charges a 10% commission per booking.

  • This fee covers hosting, marketing, and transaction services.

Payments are securely processed via WooCommerce and supported payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Each MedSpa Owner is responsible for setting their own cancellation policy.
Clients should review it before booking.

MedSpaBooker facilitates communication and refund processing but is not liable for disputes or refunds outside the agreed policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or impersonate another user

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

  • Circumvent booking/payment systems

  • Upload malicious code or spam

  • Violate any law or regulation

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All site content (logos, branding, layout, text, graphics) is owned by MedSpaBooker.com or its licensors and protected by copyright.

Users may:

  • View and use the website for personal or business purposes
    Users may not:

  • Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the platform without permission

MedSpa Owners retain rights to their own business names, photos, and descriptions.
